Home Suite Home is an exclusive Enact Mortgage Insurance program that helps your borrowers feel more secure in their new home. Upon closing, borrowers can select one of three benefits to add another layer of security to their lives. This benefit is paid for by Enact and provided at no cost to lenders or homeowners.

Already a Participating Home Suite Home Lender?

Be sure to quote and order Enact MI for your > 80 LTV loans! After loan close, all eligible Enact MI borrowers will receive a letter in the mail directing them to the Home Suite Home website where they can select from one of three benefits from our suite. 

  • With the Homeowners Insurance Deductible Reimbursement, borrowers may be able to decrease their annual homeowners premiums, which may even decrease their PITI. 
  • With the Appliance Home Warranty, borrowers may elect for coverage to begin in 12 months so as to provide coverage during Year 2. 
  • Identity Theft Reimbursement provides reimbursement up to the aggregate limit of $1 million for expenses incurred as a result of recovering from fraud, theft, forgery, data breach or a stolen identity in a twelve (12) month period.

Eligibility Requirements

  • All submission channels, MI payment plans, LTVs, occupancy types, and property types are eligible.
  • Fannie Mae's High LTV Refinance Option and Freddie Mac's Enhanced Relief Refinance® are ineligible.
  • All approved Enact Master Policy holders are eligible to participate. Lending institution must opt-in to the program by contacting your Sales Representative in order for borrowers to be eligible for Home Suite Home benefits.
