Evan Stolove

Evan Stolove is Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at Enact, where he is responsible for legal, compliance, privacy, corporate governance, and state government affairs. Mr. Stolove joined the company in August 2016 as Senior Vice President and General Counsel, and assumed the additional role of Secretary in July 2017. Immediately prior to Enact, Mr. Stolove worked at Fannie Mae, serving as Vice President and Deputy General Counsel. Previously, Mr. Stolove was in private practice with the law firm of Arent Fox PLLC in its commercial litigation practice. Prior to that, he clerked
for judges at the U.S. District Court for the District of Maryland and the Supreme Court of Maryland. Mr. Stolove received his undergraduate degree in Religious Studies and Psychology from the University of Michigan and a J.D. with honors from the University of Maryland School of Law. He currently serves as Chairman of the Board for Habitat for Humanity of Wake County.
